Members Online is our online parish directory. If you are in the All Saints database, you are listed in the online directory.
Please note: If we don’t currently have your email address on file, you won’t be able to access the directory until you contact us at the church, so that we may add your email address to the database. You may contact us at office@allsaintsmobile.org during the regular business hours.
Below are the steps to login using your email address.
Step One: Login to the directory. 1. Go to the following link: http://www.membersonline.us/ase and press enter. 2. Once you are at this address, you may want to “bookmark” or “add to favorites” this page in your browser. It will be located on the tool bar at the top of the browser window. By doing this you will have quick access to this login page. You will go to this address each time you want to enter the church directory. 3. In the third data field called Email Address, enter your email address and press the button called Email Username & Password. If you used the right email address, you will see a pop-up window stating that your Username and Password was emailed to you at the address provided. 4. If the browser gives you an error, try another email address that the church may have used. If you continue receiving an error, send an email to office@allsaintsmobile.org and ask for assistance. 5. When you successfully login with your email address, you will receive an email message from the server at that same address. 6. Go back to the login window on your browser and enter your email address as the Username and the eight digit numbers as your password. Press Login.
Now you should be in your directory.
Step Two: Change Your Password 1. If you are in the directory push Edit Profile button. 2. Push Change Password button. 3. Enter your old password (the one that was emailed to you the first time you logged on). 4. Enter the new password you want in the New Password field. (minimum 6 characters). 5. Repeat password in the Confirm Password field. 6. Be sure to write your new password where you can retrieve it if you forget it. 7. Press the Change button. It is now saved.
Step Three: Update Your Family Profile Page. 1. Press the My Profile button and you will see your basic family information. 2. Press the Add Adult button to add detail about the head-of-household. Go to any data field that is applicable to this person and add the appropriate information. 3. Continue to add adults and children by pushing the Add Adult button or Add Child button. 4. After you have completed the adult and children profiles, go to the top of the page and press edit to change the common household information. 5. Continue editing the text fields. Choose from the pull-down window next to the word head and pick the first name of the head-of-household. If there is a spouse, choose that name in the pull-down window for the spouse field. After all the information is correct, press save. 6. Find your name in the name directory and click on your last name. This will take you to your family profile page that anyone can now view. 7. You can return to your family page to update your information at any time by pressing your Update Profile button.
View Other Members Profiles Once you are in the directory where you see all member’s last names, addresses, phone numbers and email address, push on any member’s last name.
First Letter Search Just press the letter in the alphabet that is across the top of the main directory. This will take you to every name that starts with that letter.
Search For Member 1. Press the Search button 2. You have several options. You can choose any option by itself or in combination with another option. 3. Press search to see the results. 4. If you don’t like the results, try another search with different criteria.
Create PDF File Once you are in the directory press the Create PDF button. This will create a pdf file that will be saved to your computer desktop. You can save this to view later without being online.
Print Directory From Browser 1. Once you are in the directory go to the main toolbar of your browser, press and hold the word File. Hold your mouse button down and scroll down to the word Print. 2. Follow the screens to print.
Secure Logout Use this to prohibit other users of the computer you are using from editing your profile without the proper password.
